Pianist and educator Susan Geffen is a regular contributor to Classical Voice North America and a nationally recognized classical music critic and editor. During her nearly 10 years as a managing editor at Clavier Companion, she was a frequent contributor to the magazine and edited numerous articles by influential concert artists, writers, composers, and pedagogues. She is vice president of the Music Critics Association of North America.
