Former music critic of the Montreal Gazette and co-editor of La Scena Musicale, he now writes for Ludwig van Toronto and Gramophone. His articles have appeared in The Globe and Mail, National Post, Opera (U.K.), Principles of Music Composing (Vilnius), and Early Music America.
