Three world premieres will be featured in the American Composers Orchestra March 18 program at Carnegie Hall, titled New Virtuoso: Low End Theory. The line-up includes new works by Stephen Hartke, Malachi Brown, Horacio Fernández, Michael Frazier, and Laura Ortman. José Luis Gomez conducts.
