New Julia Wolfe Work In Pittsburgh

On Nov. 14-16, the Pittsburgh Symphony will play the East Coast premiere of Julia Wolfe’s Liberty Bell, Juraj Valčuha on the podium. Pablo Ferrández will be the soloist for the Cello Concerto No. 1 by Saint-Saëns in a program that ends with Strauss’ Ein Heldenleben.
