Homer for Young Listeners at Glimmerglass

Ten years after the opera’s premiere, Glimmerglass Festival will stage Francesca Zambello’s production of Odyssey. This “youth opera,” with music by Ben Moore and libretto by Kelley Rourke, is a retelling of Homer’s epic tale led by two members of the Young Artist Program who serve as “Bards,” and featuring the Glimmerglass Youth Ensemble.
