Abeo Premieres New String Quartet at Caramoor

The world premiere of Jessica Mays’ A Shoreline Willow will be performed at Caramoor as part of a concert by the Abeo Quartet on June 27. The Abeo, which has been in residence at Caramoor throughout the season, will also play an intriguing variety of works for quartet by Joaquin Turina, Erwin Schulhoff, Rhiannon Giddens, and Sergei Prokofiev.
