The Montreal Symphony’s Nov. 21 program focuses on Ravel: his neo-Baroque Le tombeau de Couperin and Rudolf Escher’s latter-day response, Le tombeau de Ravel. Flutist Christoper James will open the program with a new work by Caroline Lizotte for flute and harp.
