Going All-American With The National Symphony

The National Symphony will play the world premiere of Peter Boyer and Joseph Sohm’s American Mosaic on Feb. 19-22 as part of the orchestra’s season theme: The Promise of US: Our Nation at 250. In this program conducted by Thomas Wilkins, banjo virtuoso Béla Fleck will solo in his own arrangement to Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue. The concert opener is a suite from Copland’s Rodeo.
