NY Phil To Premiere Two Piano And Percussion Work

A new work by George Lewis for two pianos and percussion will receive its world premiere on April 8-10 with the New York Philharmonic under Kwamé Ryan. The program also includes Barber’s Knoxville: Summer of 1915, featuring Golda Schultz, and Ives’ The Unanswered Question.
