English Horn Featured in Cleveland Premiere

Audiences will have an unusual experience Nov. 13-15 when the Cleveland Orchestra plays the U.S. premiere of Geoffrey Gordon’s Mad Song, a concerto for an instrument that rarely gets the spotlight: English horn. The soloist will be Robert Walters. Conductor Tugan Sokhiev also leads the orchestra in Mahler’s Tragic Symphony No. 6.
