San José Opera will mount a new production of Mascagni’s Cavalleria Rusticana and Leoncavallo’s Pagliacci. Maria Natale sings Santuzza with Kidon Choi as Tonio. Alma Deutscher conducts the staging by Opera San José CEO and general director Shawna Lucey. (Feb. 15-March 1)
