All-American Concert in Atlanta Includes Premiere

On Jan. 29-31 the Atlanta Symphony will give the U.S. Premiere of Leonard Slatkin’s Schubertiade: An Orchestral Fantasy, with the composer on the podium. Slatkin will also lead Randall Goosby in Barber’s Violin Concerto, and the program concludes with Copland’s Symphony No. 3, part of the orchestra’s Copland 250 celebration.
