Xenia Hanusiak is a New York based essayist, author, critic and librettist who has been published by the
London Financial Times, Chicago Tribune, The Log, Music and Literature, and
AEON amongst others. As an advocate for contemporary music, she has given many premieres of some of the most influential composers of our time in performances from New York's Next Wave Festival to China's Beijing Music Festival. She is a Eugene O’Neill Theater Critics Institute Fellow and scholarship fellow of Columbia University and Peking University. Xenia holds a PhD in Literature and a Masters in Music.
