The editors at Classical Voice North America welcome your ideas for potential coverage. Please send your suggestions and queries to CVNA.editor@gmail.com and consider these guidelines:
We seek stories of national and international interest that emanate from all regions of the U.S. and Canada that lend themselves to in-depth reporting and critical assessment. Musical analysis, interviews with classical music specialists, considerations of groups of recordings and identification of emerging trends in the arts all are welcome topics. Regional snapshots that bring the musical life of a particular geographical area into focus because of a specific event or news development are also high on the list of stories we’ll consider. Likewise, inaugural events, premieres and debuts, as well as composers and performers undertaking new projects. We like to track festivals and special-themed programming, too.
