The year 2024 marks the 150th anniversary of Arnold Schoenberg’s birth. The Orchestre symphonique de Montréal will celebrate that landmark with Rafael Payare conducting two Schoenberg works: Verklärte Nacht and the symphonic poem Pelleas und Melisande.
