The Vermont Symphony will do a short in-state tour featuring music of Vermonters Sept. 6-8, with violinist and host Bella Hristova. A new work by jazz/classical composer Billy Childs will open the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra’s Carnegie Hall program on Sept. 28.
