Whelan Conducts ‘Alceste’ in Bay Area

Philharmonia Baroque will perform a concert version of Handel’s opera Alceste on March 5-8. Conducted by Peter Whelan, the cast inlcudes soprano Lauren Snouffer and tenor Aaron Sheehan.
