Heyward Closes First Baltimore Season

To close out his inaugural season as music director of the Baltimore Symphony on June 13-16, Jonathon Heyward conducts a new work by James Lee III, who has written many commissions for the BSO. Soprano Christine Goerke will be on hand to sing Strauss’ Four Last Songs in program that also includes Jessie Montgomery’s Records of a Vanishing City and Respigi’s Pines of Rome.
