Conrad Tao will be the guest artist with the Cincinnati Symphony for the world premiere of a new piano concerto by inti figgis-vizueta, a New York-based composer known for taking inspiration from her blended background of Black, Irish, and Andean cultures. The March 8-10 concert also includes Copland’s Suite from Appalachian Spring and Schumann’s Symphony No. 1, Spring, conducted by Matthias Pintscher.
