Matthias Pintscher will lead the Kansas City Symphony in the world premiere of a new work by Catalan composer Jan Magrané Figuera. This April 5-6 program also features Jean-Yves Thibaudet playing Saint-Saëns’ Fifth Piano Concerto plus Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 6, Pathétique.
