Gail Wein

Gail Wein has a unique music industry perspective as a contributing critic for The Washington Post as well as broadcast radio host and producer for NPR national programs. Her articles and reviews also appear in Playbill, Symphony Magazine, New Music Box and Sequenza 21. A graduate of Binghamton University, Wein was awarded an NEA Fellowship in Arts Journalism in Classical Music and Opera, and she has served as media consultant for performers, composers and presenters.
