Viennese Theater Music At Bard

The Bard Music Festival will focus on Viennese theatrical music during its Aug. 9 program. Besides works by Mozart, this season’s star, the lineup includes pieces by lesser-known composers such as Ferdinand Kauer (1751–1831), Johann Baptist Henneberg (1768–1822), and Emanuel Schikaneder (1751–1812).
