St. Louis: Slatkin Conducts Own New Work

The St. Louis Symphony will play the U.S. premiere of Leonard Slatkin’s Schubertiade: An Orchestral Fantasy on Oct. 11-12, with the composer on the podium. Emanuel Ax will play Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 25, K. 503, and the program ends with Elgar’s First Symphony.
