Lakes Area Fest Offers Haydn’s Passion Symphony

At the Lakes Area Music Festival on Aug. 19, the Minnesota Orchestra will play a program built on dramatic energy and radiant lyricism. Daniel Hawkins plays Strauss’ Horn Concerto No. 2 following Haydn’s La Passione Symphony No. 49. Poulenc’s Sinfonietta concludes this concert conducted by Christian Reif.
