Focus On Sibelius In Houston

Sibelius is in the spotlight March 27-29 when the Houston Symphony plays two works by the Finnish composer plus one he inspired, William Grant Still’s Threnody: In Memory of Jean Sibelius. In keeping with the Scandinavian theme, the program ends with Grieg’s Peer Gynt suite. Dima Slobodeniouk conducts.
