Baltimore: Rouse pens an infinite lullaby to a friend

A world premiere commission by Christopher Rouse, pictured, will be performed by the Baltimore Symphony, conducted by Marin Alsop. Rouse’s Berceuse Infinie (Infinite Lullaby) is a 13-minute, single-movement work dedicated to composer Steven Stucky, who died in 2016. The concert also feature’s Mozart’s final masterpiece, the Requiem, with the University of Maryland Concert Choir and soloists to be announced.
